Help 2 million people keep their plants alive
We are a small, remote first team with an office in Portland full of very well cared for plants. We hire kind people who ship.
Grow slowly, on purpose
We pick a few things and do them well, the way you would repot a plant: carefully and at the right time.
Delight is a feature
Small moments matter. A good nudge at the right time beats ten notifications.
Default to kindness
Clear feedback, generous credit and no heroics. We protect evenings and weekends.
Open roles
Every role is open to people anywhere within four hours of Portland time unless it says otherwise.
